Anti-Spam Server for MS Exchange – Blacklist

Getting here: Main Screen -> Main Menu Tools -> Advanced settings -> Server components -> branch Anti-Spam Server for MS Exchange -> Blacklist

The Blacklist represents a global list of blocked sender e-mail addresses and domain names; all messages from these addresses will always be marked as spam. If you expect unwanted messages (spam) from specific addresses or domains, you can compile a blacklist of such senders (e.g.”someone@somedomain.com”) or domain names (e.g. “domain.com”).

The following function buttons are available:

Press Edit to open an editor-like dialog where you can manually enter a list of addresses (the copy/paste method also works well). Insert one item (sender, domain name) per line to keep the list organized and transparent.

Press Import to launch the Wizard for Importing E-mail Addresses which allows you to conveniently input multiple addresses. Typically, you will import addresses to the blacklist from a text file, as it is not likely that you would save spam senders’ addresses in your address book.

Press Export to save all records (Blacklist addresses and domains) to a plain text file.
