What is AVG spyware database?
What is spyware, and how does it differ from “traditional” viruses?
The Anti-Spyware component cannot be configured. It is only crucial that it gets updated regularly to maintain the highest level of protection. For that purpose, there is already a scheduled update task predefined by the manufacturer to run automatically in convenient intervals, so normally you will not need to worry about updating at all.
